I've also dialled my BB brightness way down. This is another important factor when getting the look of the backbox breath right, since the LED strip and bracket will create a shadow due to being reverse lit from the MPU lights. I've gone to great lengths to reduce the impact of this shadow as much as possible, but at the end of the day, the LED strip is not invisible, so will always create some shadow. Fortunately, it's now almost 100% along the length of the breath itself (and only some small artifacts elsewhere, due to the bracket ladder). Keeping the backbox LED level down certainly helps in that regard.
