There's a lot of hype with Foo Fighters and Pulp Fiction at the moment but I think the uniqueness of The Godfather will keep it holding it's value years down the road .
Bang for Buck the CE is the better choice IMO. Either way, it's a lot of $$$.

I would have gone with the CE, but I just couldn’t get down on the gold. The black on the LE looks so damn good.

I have a have a feeling that once that topper is in action, the game could be hot pink for all I care. With that said, I like the overall look of the CE but to each their own.

Absolutely. I was impressed they changed their standard "Your adventure starts here" sticker on the coin door" to "Your venture starts here" for Godfather, but that photo callout is next level.

The LE is gorgeous, cabinet art glossy, black against the red colors amazing. Only went with the CE for the topper, honestly, as I like Al Pacino front and center. This game is gonna gradually gain traction, the more people play. Interesting to hear some triple drain guys say it's up there with the best of them at TPF.

I had a look at that and finally did a proper read of the features list . I didn't realise it had metallic ink on the Rad Cals , gold shooter Rod and too much other stuff to mention .

I owned GZLE for a month, sold to a buddy. The pauses at the newton magnet, collapsing building in slow motion, but most of all blue oyster cult really got on my nerves. I recall Elwin saying in a stream that the music was driving him crazy. The code got better since I owned it, and it deserves the love, but isn’t the best pinball ever made. Go for Godfather!

It's an interesting decision to make .
Both have 1,000units .
GZ is the most popular game of late .
Looking at the market , GZ is from 14.5 to around 16 .
I think the GF will go up easily 1 to 2 K , in the short term and doesn't have the stigma of TS4 .
Both have good flow , layout and deep rules .
What could possibly "hurt" GZ , is that I don't think there is enough difference between the premium and the LE .
I played the LE and I only knew it was an LE because of the grey armour .
With so many premiums being sold , I think people are happy to have one of those .
Apparently GF LE's aren't flying off the shelves like GZ , people are wanting all the extras the CE has , so overall it will be a rarer game .
I wouldn't worry about future value , I would just go for what you prefer playing more .

Go for it. I’m in the same camp. Have a GFCE coming already but I’d dump my GZLE.
I’m pretty much done with it too. Has more to do with theme.

I agree that the long pauses during video sequences disrupt the game flow and some can’t be skipped. The long magna grab holds and countdowns also get repetitive as does the nasally commentary and Godzilla shrieks. It’s definitely an incredible pin with some of the best code ever, but not the GOAT or a keeper for me. It doesn’t help that I’m not a huge Godzilla fan. The kick ass BOC music is perfect for this game though.
I’m hearing great things about Godfather and I’ve never sold a JJP game, so I have confidence Eric and team have delivered another masterpiece in this title. I actually don’t want to play one or watch any more gameplay videos so I can explore and unlock the game when I receive it. Anyway, sorry for the thread hijack and thanks for the candid input guys

Fair points and I'm certainly not expecting Godfather to be AFM, Alien or ACDC. Foo Fighters LE is also a game I'd consider trading the Zilla LE for. Decisions...
