Actually I much prefer stern’s lockdown bar latches to having to use 2 hands to properly align the lockdown bar while trying to latch it down with the handle on a JJP. And this is with the glass not sliding back. What a pain.
Since JJP no longer makes SE’s I would not say their LE’s(cheapest version)line up properly with a Stern LE(most expensive version).

I'll be honest, as much as I am confused by the theme choice, I'd much rather see what they could do with Godfather than Harry Potter.

I like the fact that someone finally has some balls and makes a game that is clearly geared for adults. Not everything has to be sunshine and rainbows. I hope they do not tone it down so much it misses its mark. Embrace the theme and follow through with everything it comes with. Worst thing would be a Godfather themed pin rated E for everyone.
I'm guessing this will be Godfather 1 only - which is a good thing. I'm a huge fan of this movie, but I can't picture it as a pin and an expensive IP might come with another price hike? Hopefully someone I know buys one so I can at least play it. JJP never seems to be on location around here. JJP really needed to do Harry Potter to keep up at this point, so I can see why they teased it. Once the new AP game with Franchi art and Nordman in charge is shown at Texas this month, JJP sales may slip to 4th in this cycle. FF, SD and GTF all have a lot of buzz.

Curious how they will integrate this theme into a game. I might have thought goodfellas would be better, a bit more edgier and imo a better movie. Lufthansa heist mb. Hoping they hit a home run with whatever it is, we need these guys to succeed.
TPF is going to be epic with at least 4 new releases, potentially more. Excited to see what Eric has in store.

Sorry, I meant Wonka and TS4. GNR is a fine theme but I don’t care for the execution.
Are you kidding man!Wonka is a great game ask anyone who’s really had a chance to play it.I’ve had mine for years and still play and enjoy in a garage where I have some of the greatest ever made!TS4 was questionable because of crazy fucking price and not including the movies we love .

Still has some of the best IP in pinball, looks and sounds fantastic.

This game can be good. The Godfather had a video game I really enjoyed playing. You played as a member of the family interacting with all of the iconic characters. You had jobs you needed to pull off to raise your ranking in the family. The art style was very realistic and they were able to create new stories incorporating the iconic movie plot. Lots of people may be looking at this all wrong. If they do it right this could be a great adult themed game. This will also show that JJP can do a wide range of themes. I wish them the best of luck. Love the theme just hope we do not have a multiball for every family member, borough and Italian dessert.
