I’m fairly certain JJP is reading these threads. Mainly because LTG is nowhere to be found here. I’m sure he was told “avoid this issue like the plague” Hi JJP, please fix this issue since you are reading this. I don’t want to buy another pin. Thanks
So out of all this reading. Is this a problem JJP can solve or are we stuck doing these washer maneuvers if we actually want this pin to last. I’m on the fence of cancelling my order

Sounds like we’re taking a big risk here pulling the trigger. I’m sending the pics to my distributor and letting them know “I need a guarantee if this happens you’ll fix it or cancel my order and refund my deposit”. It’s on a CC so I can go down that road if necessary. Kinda hoping JJP chimes in here though, really want this pin but radio silent is a non starter for me. No way im shelling out the full cash if this is their response to this issue
If I move forward and buy this with the known issues, I’m pretty sure that makes me a Prostitute. And if JJP stays radio silent on this issue, they are basically saying I Don’t Care About You”

I have always had a strong appreciation for JJP and their ambition to create pins more akin to the classic B/W games. Stern had mostly become complacent and stale by the point where JJP showed up on the scene. For me, it's painful to watch this tarnish their legacy while Jack himself is left as a bench warmer. I sincerely hope they can right the ship.
I ordered this game to keep it. But sadly I have to contemplate flipping it NIB if this isn’t resolved by the time it ships. I’m willing to deal with standard issues (tweaking stuff, stuff rattling loose, plastic damage, wear & tear). This issue is way too excessive to ignore. What is very bizarre is JJP is silent on this. It’s almost like they have too many orders and are glad to peel off a few rather than fix it. I was rooting for them but now they’re rivaling Deeproot for worst communication. This is the moment when Pinball jumped the shark

Yeah this seems to be the case. Nobody wants the current batches being shipped as they are flawed. Sadly there will probably be enough takers that are not aware of these issues. How sad being last in line is more desirable now for this pin?

You know JJP GNR QC is bad when you buy STTNG and it has less maintenance. And if you’ve owned any SuperPin, you know that’s 10-20 hours per week. Yikes!

In the TBL thread, DP says Mircos claims are that JJP are the issue. JJP is over tightening the posts. While this isn’t a direct statement of quality, it’s a denial they are the problem. Who really knows
