Factory power supply board? sound board uses 12 volts , jumper needs changed on rottendog power supply to switch to regulated 12v instead of in regulated? cant remember. color dmd runs off of 12 volts as well, may need to install a wall wart or additional 12 volt supply to display to avoid sound problems.
mine did same thing without color dmd until I changed jumper on my rottendog ps.
If factory supply, it may need to be rebuilt or beefed up.
