My guess is that JJP wants to get a couple hundred of each game model out in the public so that these early buyers can be the beta testers for the game and see if there are any issues with any of the parts or mechs before placing big parts orders once demand is known.

The best and most efficient way to know this is to count the number of microwaves in the employee breakroom. I believe the formula is similar to the following: Total number of Microwaves X 2.5 = The output of pinball machines per day
