Hello pinsiders. I have a GNR Pinball that the "theme" music stops playing. The main game theme seems to be OK as long as I don't install the backglass. It sounds like a possible thermal problem. I measured the +12 unregulated voltage and it reads around 11.45v. initially and then starts to drop to around 11.20v. I'm not sure if the power supply voltage is at fault or if it's being loaded down. If I remove the 12v. to the sound board the voltage raises to over 12v. It's interesting that only the theme noise is the only sound that cuts out. Any help finding the problem with this machine would be greatly appreciated.

I did a Factory Restore. Seems to be working OK. I'll test for a few more days and see where I'm at.
