Bend arm of switch up a little, towards the end, not the end where it is hooked on. Or if your button on the lockdown bar has a crew, unscrew it a little to make better contact.
Flipper - sounds like it's sticking on something. See if it has a bit of up and down play ( not back and forth ) and check plunger/plastic link/pawl for binding. And be sure the coil stop in on tight.
