that white piece is an extra wire holder. the hinge pin is what holds the coin box in place. the upper flipper just needs an adjustment. take a look under the playfield to see if you can find something binding.
Not sure what the issue is with your switch on the lock bar, couldn't quite tell from your video. Just it just need to be tightened?
