    Ok- I ADMIT THIS...

I have not bothered to add glue to otherwise perfectly fine inserts on games I have clear coated. But I think I want to start. I have the right epoxy and my plan is to use an applicator and then a brush to place a fairly thin bead along the bottom edge of the insert and use some sort of cheap disposable brush like material to push it in and smooth it out- very possibly a finger and a shop towel.... but some inserts are pretty small and somehow... something tells me this is the idiots first try method.

    Educate me.

Sounds reasonable. I like the idea of sanding lightly and doing it in halves. I did not plan on an adhesive primer as I had purchased a specific epoxy for plastics but thats now something I want to read about.

Thanks for ideas and methods used.

    Anyone else care to share?
