I would like to here some reports on how they hold up.

Quoted from goatdan:

For anyone passing, you can buy a NOS VND Glo-Ball for about $100.

One.

This isn't a mod that I think you want to do with a million different machines, but it is a wonderful update for those of us VND owners. I have put probably 250 games on the set I got from a friend at Expo, and the wear is the same or better than the originals. I'll probably pick up a set here again in a few weeks. For those of us VND lovers (all two of us!) this is great.

Quoted from viperrwk:

Curious to know anywhere you could still buy a NOS glo even for $100 besides my desk drawer...
You're supposed to change you balls out after a certain number of plays. VND owners haven't had that luxury for a long time, until now. When the last NOS balls sold out years ago, they went for $5 each. If these are that much better glo wise, seems a fair price to pay.
I'm not here to complain about the business practices of the OP - there's enough of that already in this thread.
Instead, props to the OP. Long time ago he posted he could and would make these when no one else was. He did, sold some, people gave him feedback, he improved the product, said he's willing to take care of the early adopters, and is now selling them. Can't really ask for much more.
To the OP, you have my thanks, and my order.

I doubt the buisines of selling glow balls would last very long only selling to VND owners. No worries everyone, if they are not selling well with the current model things could change. If your afraid things won't change.... buy while you can.
