The area behind these targets is dark and dirty. Dark.jpg So I went to the craft store and bought some Glittery stick-on sheets and some holographic tape. Sheets.jpgTape.jpg After cleaning up the area, I wrapped the tape around the 2 posts and cut a strip of Glitter paper and stuck it in the back.Brite.jpg Much better...

Nice! I bet foil tape would look good too.

Nice I dig it

Does the glitter fall off of the paper?

I was just looking for glitter paper today. Mind me asking what craft store you went to?

the idea of grown men buying glitter paper just gives me a chuckle.

I do the same thing but I use polished stainless steel strips that I get at a hobby store and put them back there...mini mirrors I call them, makes the plastics brighter.

HaHa! I agree that this closeup angle makes it look like the inside of a Vatican bathroom... but its not so bad a couple feet away. But foil tape, mirrors, polished metal, are all good ideas too. I'm always looking for useable materials at the dollar stores and craft stores. In fact both of these I got at the Dollar Tree, but I also found them at JoAnns Fabric.

Quoted from insearchofspace:Does the glitter fall off of the paper?

Only when I cut the paper did any glitter fall off, otherwise its on pretty good.

How do you like Elektra? That's the one Bally I haven't really gotten turned on to yet. I need more play time with it.

Wife: Have you been at the strip bar again???

Pinhead: No!

W: Then why are you covered with glitter??

P: Because I'm dressing up my pinball machine; making it pretty.

W: Call Fat Frank right now. I'm buying you guys a night at The Cabaret before it's too late; damn Obama.

While at the craft store, pick up some plastic diamonds and replace your nuts.

I would replace it with a gold flake metalic vinyl, the vibration over time is bound to make that glitter fall off and it will act like an abrasive.

I've thought of picking up some of the gold/chrome to accent my jokerz in a few places. a decent sized roll is only 10 bucks.

I found a photo where someone had the same idea long before. Here on the bottom compared to mine on the top...Compare_(resized).jpg Curiously, where I found this picture was one of Pinside's rotating header background images at the top of this very webpage. haha... every time you navigate between pages the background picture changes. BTW i like the vinyl VacFink has, if it isn't too thick.
