Your talking about the t-nut? Whenever I have a free spinning t-nut I usually use a flat head screw driver or pointy needle nose to hold it in place. Also try getting under it if you can with the flat head and then try unscrewing it. You should put the other 2 screws in and do this one first if you do it last the weight of the drop target bank will make it harder to get out. Good luck
