I can't believe this thread is already on page four and nobody has even mentioned Roxette yet. In my mind, they are practically unmatched when it comes to crafting super catchy pop songs with irresistible hooks. Case in point ...

This is the best example I can think of where they took a song that wasn't poppy at all and remixed it into a pop masterpiece ...
