First, did you check the fuse with a multi meter?
Second, the 50vDC comes from pin 3 of j107 and is violet/yellow.
If you have no voltage at any coils (1-8) it is probably on that wire somewhere, or possibly it's a burnt up connector on j107-3.

That's great. Re seating connectors can solve several problems, and is a pretty useful place to start when having strange issues. If this problem keeps occurring you may need to have someone check your power driver board, you could have some cold/cracked solder joints, or pins that are tarnished and in need of replacement.
