Reseat J115, J120 and J121. If it comes back on or you see it flicker, then replace headers and connectors. Also, look at the 5 fuses by the big reddish brown heat sinks at the lower left of the driver board. If any are blown those strings would be out.
Also, there are connectors in the cabinet that have yellow and yellow/white wires in them that might be burned too. Reseat them and, if burned, will need replaced.
