Yup , check the game over and reset coil switch stack . Just had this exact issue on a Captain fantastic . Game would start normal but only the gi lights would work . Turned out a little hunk on one of the game over switch stacks . Clean up and manual triggered a few times and game came back to normal . Not saying that’s the issue but worth a shot
