is this right away when your game is over, or after a few minutes?
If the latter, it might just be the setting that tries to dim the GI after a few minutes. LEDs don't dim very well and just end up flickering. You can go into the settings and try different choices for this if it really bothers you. With LEDs, I'm not sure how much this is needed, but....
