Bride of Pinbot-Pop bumpers and flipper lane GI is out. Can someone tell me what connector I should be looking at? I already checked fuses..

Did you pull fuses and check with a meter ?
Check transformer connectors for burn too.
Bulb and sockets good ?

I'll second that, the GI connectors and pins on the power supply can be real flakey. Check them for voltage and if the pins are loose reflow the header pins, if they are burned replace them and possibly the connector as well if its browned from the heat. If you switch out the GI to led if that look works you, then you will practically eliminate the possibility of the connector ever burning in the future.
