Stern, 2016So I have a 2 month old ghostbusters premium and slimer lives up near the firehouse on the left side of the playfield. And when I hit the ghost target, he lights up green but he doesn't move? Has anyone else had this? Been in contact with stern and they are working on a solution.... 2 months past and no joy.
Check his connections. Had this happen to mine. Connector was loose. Fine after I connected it properly.
I'll check the cogs and pulleys out thanks..... the connectors seems all ok yeah. I can move him to the correction position. Then I hit the ghost target. He moves to his correct hoover position for about 10 secs then goes to the fire hoise and that's where he stays.
Id try removing the connector, inspecting, and then reseating.....sometimes it looks OK.
If this dont solve, email or call Stern...you could have an issue in the board after this, or different troubleshooting.

In test mode if he's sat near the firehouse he doesn't move at all. If I hand move slimer to the correct position (near the blue city), test mode allows me to move him but only left and not back to the right. And once he moves to the firehouse.... that's it! Hi guys – I am wondering if there's any recent resolution to this.
Just received GB premium NIB. Same issue.
Every 15 games are so slimer moves to the far upper left and get stuck. He thinks he is still in play because he's lit green, but also motionless. He will then move down to the central position when dim and not scoring (when he should now actually be in the far upper right).
He will reset only after re-booting the game by VERY SLOWLY moving from the center position back to the upper right. After that he is fine until another 15 games or so when he again swings far upper left and gets stuck.
I'll check the connections tonight as I'm reading here in the thread – but also wondered if there was a bigger resolution from Stern or anybody else.
