Quoted from MinusWorlds:When did you order? I heard the same and ordered it last Thu.
I ordered mine from JJ before the game was even officially announced.
Not that I don't want you to get your game soon but I hope he ships them in the order they were paid in.
Quoted from 30FathomDave:I'm having a party on 10/1, so I'm REALLY hoping I have mine by then.
Same here. Hosting a tournament/Party on 10/9
Quoted from stpcore:I'm sure this varies but is there any general rule with distributors when it comes to order fulfillment? For instance does it go in order of preorder down payment, paid in full, new customers versus repeat customers, etc? Who gets their pin first?
There is with mine.
Paid in full before the game was officially announced and I am #3 in line at my distributor.
Was also chatting with someone on my live pinball stream who said they had already got a Premium as well.
Guess the really are shipping.
Quoted from dellice45:The last I heard and that was yesterday, that premiums are hitting the line next week, it's the quiet before the storm !
Premiums have been on the line for days now.
I know of two that have been shipped and received already.
This thread should explode soon.
Quoted from rockfantasyman:and i was just told 2nd week of October yesterday !!
Also will depend on how far you are down on your distributors list. The backlog on these is huge.
Quoted from dellice45:I wonder why some havent gotten their LE's while the preimums are shipping , that is a good question !
Yea. Kinda curious on that one as well.
Quoted from Buzz:2nd on distributor list. Hoping to hear something soon.
Wouldn't it be funny if our machines get switched and mine goes to Beaumont, CA.
and your's goes to Beaumont, TX.
Game Exchange just posted in their thread that they are told domestic premiums start shipping Monday.
But it looks like some have already started going out.
Really looking forward to the next couple of weeks for the unboxing parties.
Quoted from Djsandoz:My distributor says sten delays again not making them for another 2 weeks
Omg. I hope not
Quoted from Air_Pinball:That's what they always say.....
Bingo.
But I still check my email every day.
Quoted from Gexchange:I have some Shipping today and tomorrow. Working on reaching out to customers now.
JJ
Hot damn.
I'm a customer
Are you reaching out to those of us who are first in your list or people who owe you the rest of their payment?
Quoted from stpcore:Downvote for this post thanking a distributor for sharing shipping info?
I was wondering the same thing. lol
Quoted from delt31:Great to hear and so quickly too (friday is only 2 days away). That's awesome. What distrib?
The Game Exchange of Colorado.
Quoted from delt31:For those getting the call/delivery date - can you confirm the distributor and when you reserved and paid in full? Just curious.
Paid in full in early May.
Quoted from T-800:Curious, where did you see that?
Post #17143 on the last page.
Quoted from jrockne:Just got the call, my premium is shipping Friday!!! So sometime early next week
Great news.
What distributor?
Mine just shipped from the Game Exchange. It was supposed to ship This past Friday but was delayed by the shipping company.
Should have it by the end of this week.
Very excited.
Quoted from cleland:JJ gets a truckload from Stern and then ships them out same day to customers. It's a better shipping rate, especially for those of us on the west coast. At least this is my understanding....
Yes, this.
JJ got 15 games delivered all at once
Quoted from cleland:You and I are in the same batch, so here's to all of us having a problem free experience. Report back when yours lands and I will do the same
I will certainly be posting here the day it arrives.
Hoping all is good.
Quoted from Bartzenegger:Mine has landed!!! No insert issues so far!
Game is badass. I swear mine is easier than the pros I have played on location but who knows not aenough games on it yet
Landed where?
You are in the town of Unknown.
Quoted from Bartzenegger:Sorry I'm from Kansas City. Game is still great really enjoying it. It's gotten harder the more I play haha. I was shocked how clear the ecto glasses are !
Thanks. Sounds great.
Really looking forward to my games unboxing.
Quoted from jrockne:It was hard to set it up and rush back to work before playing a game, but this thing looks amazing! Also, the factory sound on this machine is incredible!
All inserts looked good too.
Gotta go now so I can finish work and get the hell home!
Domestic delivery?
Quoted from lllvjr:Two shipping today..
Awesome. Congrats.
How is the work coming on your Spike game headphone jacks with a flip switch to kill the sound?
Still wanting to change out my Game of Thrones and Ghostbusters one's that have the push buttons.
Quoted from jrockne:Minnesota!
Great.
I was told between 10 and 4 tomorrow.
Very exciting.
Quoted from lllvjr:Prototype done and tested... New adapter design tested, boards ordered and being run. Couple weeks should be ready..
Whoo hoo!!!
Thanks.
Quoted from visi0n:Congrats!
Thanks.
I will check the playfield manufacture date and post it as well.
Very excited to open it up.
Quoted from PinballManiac40:Still unpacking 2 hours later?
Nope.
Had friends over and played so many 4 player games that I did not have time to take a lot of photos or post anything.
We just quit for the night.
Overall first impressions.
The game is a ton of fun and everyone loved it.
Like everyone has said the airball protector is a must. We put it on before we ever started our first game and it did it's job pretty well.
Still had a few airballs, but it would have been chaos without it.
My playfield has no date stamp on it but had a hand written 9.8, which I guess may mean September 8th.
Slimer drags his ass on everything but the playfield. He drags very hard on the captive ball area and the plastic over the three captive balls. But he does register hits well.
The Ecto Goggles are perfect.
The Magna slings are a blast and get more active the more ghost you catch.
Flipper gap is not an issue for us and the outlanes are not giant hogs so far.
The drop targets are working great as well. Much better then our pro model at work.
Now to the really bad part that we could not get to work to save our lives.
The subway shot is horrible. The ball never comes back up for us and really ruins the flow of the game because it takes so long for the ball to settle into the under subway exit. it just rocks back and forth forever.
Really cuts into your score on "Loopin Supers" mode.
We probably played at least 10 four player games, so about 40 games or more and the ball made it out of the subway maybe 5 times.
Made sure the table was level. Tried raising and lowering the front and back legs, but nothing helped.
But assuming we can get the subway working the game is an overall winner.
Will probably take awhile to figure this one out.

Quoted from PinballManiac40:Bummer. I was looking forward to the live stream you had mentioned. May try that again one day?
Live stream is Sunday night at 9:00PM
My friend said someone posted a fix for the subway in the GB issues thread.
Says there are adjustment screws on the underside of the ramp?
Off the that thread to read it now.
Edit... Mitch1985 says to lift the playfield and look where the metal ramp meets the plastic ramp.
There is a screw we can loosen on the metal ramp to adjust it left and right.
Can't try till after work, but hoping it will fix my problem.
It did for him.
Quoted from Concretehardt:From another thread..
Thanks.
And yes that is the post I was referring to.
Fortytwo. The airball protector is a must. The scoleri bros have been fixed.
Golfingdad1. The right ramp is much harder on the Premium. Just because the curve is so tight.
I know people have made adjustments to make it smoother but I have not had time yet.
Fixed my Slimer dragging on everything by lifting up on the top wire a bit. Then bent the top rod that connects to him ever so slightly upwards. He is now smooth as glass.
Also adjusted the subway ramp with the set screw in the underside. Still not 100% but so much better.
Also got the shaker motor installed.
Tomorrow I will get the side panel art and speaker grill lights and inserts installed.
Live Premium pinball stream tonight. 9:00 P.M. CST

Join in the fun and ask any questions you may have live.
One of the players will be Preston Moncla. 2015 Texas state champion and this years Pinburgh B division first place winner.
Game has build date of Sept 19th.
No playfield date stamp.
All inserts still perfect and drop targets working really well. Almost no rejections.
So far we have added a Shaker motor, color captive balls, Stern Side art, speaker grill lights and cut out, and an airball protector plastic.
I have one of the hand written 9.8 playfields as well.
So far so good after a week of play.
I will keep an eye out though.
Just checked my inserts on my Sept. 8th playfield again.
Still no ghosting. Fingers crossed.
I have a shaker and have played over 200 games.
Quoted from paul_8788:The ball is not coming out of the subway about 20% of the time on my Premium. If I test by hand, I am getting 0 failures. At this point my only thought is that sometimes the ball is getting air when headed down into the subway and hitting the top of the tunnel entrance, losing some momentum. I am thinking of lowering my pitch about (at 7 degrees right now).
Anyone else run into something similar, have some suggestions?
You are spot on.
We have the same issue.
Out of the box we had a 10 % success rate of the ball making it back up the ramp.
After centering where the ramps meet we now have a 70% success rate. Better but not perfect.
We did some testing and found out the same thing as you did.
If we just let the ball go at the top of the ramp by hand, bingo, 100% success rate.
So my brother has put a couple of little foam pads on the upper portion of the ramp to try and slow the ball down a bit because on a fast shot the ball will slam into the middle metal ring and rattle before making its plunge.
But even that has not fixed the issue entirely.
Quoted from paul_8788:Thanks, but mine is pretty new (sept 19 build). I don't think it is a machine defect or anything, it is just something is off my a mm or so causing the issue. Just the normal fun of dialing in a NIB machine.
What is your playfield pitch at?
Mine with the same issue is a Sept 19 build date as well.
Quoted from delt31:For the guys who got their game delivered did they just drop it off or was the timing scheduled by the trunk company? I thought the latter but was reading some guy came home and it was just there....
Trucking company called me to schedule.
Quoted from Fortytwo:I remember during an interview with John he mentioned the ring on the top of the ramp, this was to center the ball to make it work all the time. I would check that part and make sure it's centered.
Just a guess.
Can someone please measure the height of their game? And how much adjustments you have on the rear legs.
Thanks
Would be nice, but the metal ring is welded in place. No way to adjust.
What happens is when the ball is moving very fast and comes to the turn with the 3 rings it will smash into the side of the middle ring.
Anyone move your outlane posts on the Premium?
I moved them on my Pro model no problem.
But I can't get the ones on my Premium to budge. Tried turning them and smacking with a hammer from the underside and these things are in so tight I can't get them to move at all.
Quoted from delt31:Guys I'm trying to figure out what in the game causes the magna sling white lights to be on all the time vs when the ball hits the sling area. Maybe it's a bug with 1.11 but sometimes the lights don't go off.
Also with guys that bumped up the outlanes, can you post pics here so I can see what they look like? Thanks
If your lights are on all the time your switch is stuck closed.
This happened on mine on the left side sling.
Just put some more slack on the rubber or bend the switch gap a little larger.
Quoted from SilverballNut:- Check your slingshots and make sure the big rubber ring is below the small rubbers on the posts. This puts the big rubber ring in the middle of the ball path and the slingshots are more active.
Did this and love it.
Can't believe they come from the factory on top of the little rings.
Lowering the main ring also stops the leaf switch from popping out from under the rubber.
I had my leaf switch slip out of place 3 or 4 times. Now with the main ring lower it is almost impossible for it to come out.
