Switch in topic no longer registering.

1. I have so far tested the actual switch itself with a meter and it is registering properly by hand and with a ball.
2. Switch does nothing in switch test.
3. I unplugged the switch at the molex under the playfield and tried to make a connection there using the paperclip short trick, but no luck.
4. I then looked in the manual and found this switch is wired directly to CN12 pin 3 on node board 9 with an orange connector.
5. I re-seated the connector and again no luck.

My node board knowledge is limited and from what I have heard there are no fixable parts on it.
Any suggestions of anything else I could try or look at are welcome..

Determined it was indeed a ground wire issue because the input pin beeped at CN 9 pin 3 but the ground at CN 9 pin 10 did not. So after cutting over 10 Zip ties to follow the damn wire I finally found the culprit broken off of the Zuul stand up target in the pops. Mystery solved.
