I know mine (Rock) goes under and up the back, I do both interactive and a constant underglow. I do not know if Mezel’s or Lermods goes up the back but they are both good people to buy from.
Her is a video of Iron Maiden, this video was taken in a very well lit room which kills the leds but you will still get the idea.
