This is a mod more because it has always been on my list to do for me as the Ghost Trap on the rear backboard floating in the sky was always weird to me. I thought why not add a swirling Gozerian Storm Cloud to the backboard. The following screenshots were my inspiration and since the backboard has the green box I thought to place the Sky Mod in the area and go with green lighting.
This is the area before the mod with the Ghost Trap.57825FC9-8E5B-42EA-AAA7-531CB9CC91B0_1_105_c (resized).jpeg8E8A32B9-F393-4B52-914E-176AD6055723_1_105_c (resized).jpeg

All parts are professionally printed
- mount panel is PA12 Black Nylon
- with the front cover professionally printed resin and airbrushed jet black
- there will be a custom pcb with 6 x green breathing leds that with randomly phase on and off so the pattern will always vary (currently is and the goal for the pcb). The pcb will be all surface mount leds and resistors so I can install them and test, and also means anyone can maintain them in the future and swap out green leds for pink leds for example.
- the 2 flashers up there in the backboard are still functional and will flash through the Sky Mod and if you want to change out green flashers up there instead then you can do that as well.
This is a summary install and a closer look at the mod.

Sky Mod - mount Installed using the 2 existing screws. Also notice the 6 leds have shades so to cancel out the led spot light effect and give some cool shading

Then you just need to run a Swinks supplied lead to a GI socket under the library but can be installed without removing any plastics - all from under the playfield - and don't worry no alligator clips - all Comet Pinball gear.
