If I was Dwight I’d add a funny but well said Easter egg... during the attract mode trivia he could have one that says “did you know we rewrote the entire code and half of pinside still complained about our work before it was ever even released!”

This type of behavior by the way is why we can’t have nice things around here.

I’m not trying to single any one person or their comments out... I’m just saying generally that if I was a developer reading these forums it would be easy sometimes to throw my hands up in the air and resign myself to a conclusion that no matter what I do I can’t win and people will complain. Obviously people these days develop thick skin and understand the nature of the internet but I feel like these forums often miss an opportunity to foster a collaborative approach and instead go the “ungrateful complaining” path instead.

Everyone in this thread (myself included) should know well that we purchase a game with existing code and no representation or warranty or guarantee is made the code will improve. Everything after is a bonus. It is in Sterns best interest to continue to improve code but they are not obligated to do so.

Licenses can always be renewed. It just isn’t active now.
