I think it is pertinent to let Stern know you are not pleased if that is the case. As a customer that has purchased many of their products, I feel it is my duty to let them know that I am not happy about it. I think this is a customer service issue at this point. I love their stuff, but this could have been handled better for their customers. I'm sending an email.

I dont think it is silly to vote with your wallet. In contrast, it is the only way to force a large company to shift.. money. They dont care how we "feel". They care about making a profit on a quality product. That is their job. I haven't thought of buying a new game until my current one is fixed. I told stern too. I really like all of their stuff, glad they are still humming along, just want them to be more responsive to this issue, so no code, no cash!

I emailed stern,and I got a response. I'll paraphrase..

I told them I have not purchased a NIB game since, I let them know that I was frustrated and that I would not consider additional business as such until my prior products I purchased are complete I also told them thanks for making some great stuff over the years and I enjoy it, but I cant do business this way. I also said "please".

They responded saying thanks, we know, and we are planning to do an update...

That is about it.

My contention is simple, the code isn't awful, way too much has been made of flipper gap, and it's the most innovative thing Stern has done in years. However, It remains flawed to several degrees.

The problem remains there are so many flaws in the code structure and code flow of the game that moderate fixes should have been done., And frankly easily could have been done, they were not. They were transitioning to video and eggs went in all the other baskets. Game sold so we'll it didn't matter the bottom line. When the designer caught a case, Stern let it go. Owners and players payed the price.

I have not done business with Stern since I bought GB, and I told them that. Once they make me whole we can go down that road, I love what they make. I went the other way, bought a NIB Avatar LE.. it's a fricken tank compared to 2019 games... Here's to hoping they fix this great game, I still play and enjoy mine anyhow!!

This is some important work. I haven't put that code in, anticipating the new update. If I sent you a carton of cigs and sum red bulz, maybe you would get it done faster? J/k. However, I need more Bobby B in my life.. maybe even attract mode Bobby...

Side note, this is a pretty sweet update, wish it was sooner but I'll take it!
