Said differently, new (and presumably better) code makes easier to sell without taking a bath. It raises interest from buyers so sellers can limit their losses/depreciation.
Given the choice of losing money or letting it sit, some will choose the latter.
Regardless, just my opinion. No reason to belabor the point any further

Jurassic is a wonderful pin!
Keith's layout is fantastic.
I would take JP2 over GB every time.
That being said I'm keeping both.
