I think you are just failing to notice the bugs. There are plenty of small issues that impact scoring and awards that are as far as I know consistent across all games. Other bugs like the E issue seem to vary from machine to machine.

That said, I have been playing 1.10 since it came out and I encountered nothing that would force me to downgrade. I wanted to learn the new rules. I have upgraded to 1.11 and have not had any serious problems (I.e. no flipper issue). However I have only played a handful of games.

This may sound silly, but improved skill shot text is huge. This sounds like a sarcastic "minor text fixes" meme, but I am serious. Fixing the negative reinforcement bug is probably the reason for the release.
