Regarding Service Bulletin 189 (Core Node Stabilization Kit 502-7061-00), what am I missing here...literally I'm missing something!!! The metal tab and hole at D9 does not exist.... Below are snapshots from the Stern service bulletin and my node board missing the metal tab at D9.

I had no luck finding others, but my subway exit doesn't have one of those brackets.
