I was also able to install the right side buildings without dismantling anything. The left looked to be more of a challenge and I haven’t seriously tried it yet.
This was on a Pro so maybe Premium is different.

Next time you need a magnetic screwdriver just grab a magnet from the fridge and stick it on the drivers shaft. Works fine for a little screw like that.
