I've been loving my pro. Tough game but addictive. I just put these mods on from Laseriffic. The mirror helps a lot up top.

Quoted from CaptainNeo:

that PKE reflection plastic is stock on ghostbusters. It's on all of them.

This is not the stock clear plexi that comes on the game. It's actually a replacement part from Laseriffic that uses mirrored plexi. It makes it much easier to see the lanes up top. I'm guessing Stern used clear plexiglass so that you could still see the art beneath it.

On the LE yes. Can anyone confirm on Pros?

Hey there compadre? Yes, we are missing an "e" in "reinforcement"

Quoted from Oshara:

Does anyone have suggestions to get
the ball to feed cleanly to the left flipper after a plunge? Ours used to roll smoothly off the metal rail setting up a clean shot to the right loop or easy catch, but lately it comes down closer to the center of the loop feeding almost to the tip of the left flipper.
Can’t seem to figure out what’s causing this.
Thanks in advance!
Osh

Short plunge, catch on right flipper and backhand right orbit. Safer anyway

Quoted from dondon4720:

I thought I saw someone in either this group or somewhere on pinside that they replaced the pop bumper cityscape cover with pop bumper caps and it really opened up the playfield but I cant find any reference to it and it is driving me crazy

I remember seeing one recently where the guy had removed the cityscape and add those plasma pop bumper caps.

Biased crowd here, but close to snapping one of these up as my only pin. I'm an average player. How frustrating will this pin be with the stock flippers and no center post?
Also, is there any realistic chance of code actually being finished?

Dead bounce out of the left scoop and right saucer, get the main shot dialed in and you'll have fun. The right ramp is still tough for me to hit...

You should have asked what is the “schedule” ... and then asked is it really on a schedule or just a future to-do list!

I would assume Dwight isn't doing much with GB until Munsters is at least up to 1.0 code.

wannabewizard the shaker motor is especially great for the storage facility multiball animation.

Quoted from freddy:

Not seeing worth while extras.
Not a fan of magnet slings
Ecto goggles are cool but not enough to justify the price difference
The pro offers the same game play
Pro cab nicer looking than premium.
Virtual ball loc is just fine with me.
And up and down slimer is all I need.

I agree with most of this. I do like the art on both and like the ramps better on the Premium/LE. That left ramp feels great. I really don't like the magnaslings though.

Quoted from oradke:

Alright, I'm officially in! GBpro arrived today. Just installed the shaker, ColorDMD next week.

If nothing else, having the shaker motor going when the building explodes at the beginning of storage facility multi ball is really cool.

I like the ramps better on the Premium/LE. Especially the feeling of hitting that left ramp. Otherwise I'm perfectly happy with my Pro.

I finally upgraded my leg bolt plates, last night. I didn’t have any signs of cabinet splitting. This will help it stay that way.

Does anyone have a picture of the mylar on the right orbit? I have examined the area and I don't see it to remove it, but I certainly have an issue with that switch not registering. I searched the topic, but didn't turn up any pictures of it. Thanks!

There is no Mylar on my right orbit.

Quoted from Meegis:

To rotate images, you can use the tool once they show up as thumbnails (after you attach them to a post)
If you're on a mobile phone, if you touch the pic thumbnail at the bottom edge, it will show the tools. If you touch the pic anywhere but the bottom it will just open it.
Try touching the bottom edge...

I have recently had trouble getting the rotation feature to work from my Iphone but no problem on my Mac desktop.

Quoted from onemilemore:

Hey all! Been in the club for a few months now and loving it, but want to figure out some tricks to amp up my scoring a bit. All of the strategy posts I find in a Google search are related to old code - can anyone point me to some quick and dirty tips? Thanks for the help!

On new code, it seems like the left ramp is pretty crucial. You can choose that as your skill shot to start that mode. When you make that shot, you start that mode, light multipliers on the left captive ball and build your proton pack bonus. In a nutshell you can get 6X lit with alternating shots between the left ramp and left captive ball. Then you have to avoid death while shooting the standups to start 2X and 3X. Good luck.
