I had to set mine more sensitive as it too was missing on the harder loops. Takes a bit to get just right but it's worth it.
Probably could've been better/symmetrically angled to match the lane when they were cutting the slots for the PF but it is what it is.

Ditch the orange spring in the game for a green one and you'll get more control.
Once you do that short plunging becomes much easier and full plunging doesn't brick on the corner.
Switching over to either the left scoop skill shot to start spooked librarian, or main ramp skill shot to fire up WGO is usually how I begin my game.
WBTD is the last thing I want to start OR hear.
