I don't really try to force my 80s childhood onto my kids, however, I definitely don't hide it from them. As "uncool" as Ghostbusters might be to the younger generation, they're full of it when they say they don't like . I was just streaming the first movie, a few days ago, on Amazon. My kids got home from school and said why are you watching stupid Ghostbusters then proceeded to sit and watch the remainder of the movie.
This movie theme will remain desirable, for years to come. While I wanted to pull the trigger and get an LE, I couldn't justify the price difference. I'll be ordering a premium at some point in the future. I'm sure prices will be competitive with distributors in the future when the initial "take my money" for a new pin slows down and other machines are released. My 8 year old has started a Ghostbusters pinball fund and so far it has $3 in it so we have quite some time to wait.
