The center post kit is available from Pinball Life. I'm not sure what all else is in the kit because I haven't opened mine yet
When they are out of stock, as they were when I first ordered, they simply won't show from the order selection so you have to return to the order site until they become available again. You cannot order an out of stock item from Pinball Life - it doesn't show up.
I'm well informed on CLiffy's, Slimer butt rubs, and air ball blockers (Thanks everyone!) All I need now is my GB, May order.
I'm new to Stern code updates. I guess you go to the website and download to zip drive then transfer to game. Where do you plug the zip in the board - there are 2 USB ports on the board in back box and one port on top. Then do you just power the game on or do you have to use the utilities menu?
BTW - my GB has been error free since new - only added plastics and lowered hex spacer. AS has been great too, right out of the box.
I have to agree about the earphones. They are nice! Get the Pinnovator's set up - it's well worth it.
What size hex (allen) wrench fits the Slimer to post screw - I've bought 3 sets now and nothing fits
Quoted from pinden007:Can someone explain or link how to adjust a flipper higher?
My left flipper is sitting at least 1/8" lower than the right. Definitely noticeable.Thanks.
I think you just loosen the Allen screw and pull it up
I've never had mine apart but I'm guessing the braided silver wire comes in contact with the silver ring and that's what triggers a "hit". If that's so it looks like there is a black washer like thingy next to the white pivot ball that's preventing the cable from touching from a frontal hit. You need to turn that 180 degrees so you get side to side and frontal hits. Again, I don't know what I'm talking about but it's a guess.
Quoted from Rager170:Thank you!. I just checked again and its saying that Node Board 9 is not found... So perhaps something came loose.
I appreciate the help on this.

You will get this message if someone does the wrong upgrade, like using the premium upgrade on the pro. If this happens just run the proper upgrade.
I just replaced my node 8 due to the common failure - you either get a "node 8 error" or the pin can't read the balls in the trough so you get a "Can't locate balls."(Ooh that sounds awful) In your case you might go switch by switch in diagnostics to make sure something isn't stuck on.
Quoted from brandonx76:Hey All - hope you're having a nice Memorial Day Weekend.
I ran into a general pinball / Ghostbuster Premium issue... the Right side flipper and corresponding button aren't talking. Seems there's a delay / registration of the button being pressed happening. many times the flipper will get stuck at 'being pressed'.
I should clarify - the game recognizes that I am changing pin in-game modes...its just the flipper getting stuck in the 'up' position. before it eventually goes back to non-button pressed mode.
Can anyone recommend fix?
Any information appreciated.
Thank you,
Check your flipper return spring of course but also check the alignment of the flipper mechanism on the flipper shaft-you can compare how much of the flipper shaft sticks below the adjustment mechanism to the left one. I've loosened to Allen screw to adjust the flipper and it slid down the shaft and would bind causing it to stay in the up position
