Mine arrived with a bad Node 1 (cabinet node) board. Was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and quick the support process was. I was fully expecting to be stuck in the infinite loop of no one taking responsibility for a problem. The only thing they could be better on is being able to provide live support off-hours in some capacity.
Here's hoping I get the new board before this weekend. I actively avoid the room with the machine because I want to play it but can't....
