It's "My Fault" I expect a working and properly tested product out of the box.
How dumb I was to expect my NIB MET to work back in December- TWO YEARS after the first one rolled off the line- but no, it was dead for 3 weeks after I pulled it out of the box.
But go ahead, accumulate those up votes by once again pointing the finger at the CUSTOMER who buys products from Stern and keeps them in business.
I'm guessing most people here actually do agree with you but are just getting tired of your broken record approach to complaining. I get your frustration, but I'm also tired of reading about it every second post.

See I don't always disagree with you. I've noticed this as well.
Have some strange technician alerts on my LE. Tested switches and everything is fine but they don't seem to clear. The weird thing is the alerts don't match the numbers or names in the manual.
These are the alerts..
Switch #52 left ramp enter (manual says 52 is pop bumper exit)
Switch #65 r. ramp exit (manual says 65 is left bank drop opto)
Switch #92 left ramp 2 (manual has no switch #92 for the LE)
Switch #93 left ramp 3 (manual has no switch #93 for the LE)
Anyone else seeing this on their LE? I also have no credit dot but I seem to remember hearing the complaint that they removed the credit dot with Spike.
Just downloaded the pro manual. Looks like I'm seeing alerts for switches on the pro model that arn't even on the LE. Guessing this is probably just a software bug that Stern still needs to fix. Still curious if anyone else is also seeing these alerts on their LE.
For those complaining about air balls and Scolari Bros not dropping try changing your flipper strength to soft. I noticed a huge improvement after doing this.
