A dark, candy metallic purple would be even better GAP.
That, or just chrome/black nickel.
It kinda stands out on it's own... (Cab/BG-wise)

I agree that a darker purple like what was done for MB or something similar to the purple on TF LE Dec. would maybe be easier on the eyes.

I did mine almost exactly the same way. The purple matches the purple in the cabinet artwork perfectly. And it's very shiny. I think it looks great. It's probably the only game where this color would look good.
Btw: chrome mirror blades also look great in cv.

Would that look good? I've been thinking about coloring my CV metal parts, but haven't thought about orange....though orange usually looks good anywhere (biased being a Syracuse U. grad)
