Good luck! I'm I'm a similar position and I actually just bought my first pinball machine today. I recently posted on here that I was looking for something local after going to Pinfest, and within 5 minutes I was getting recommendations on who I should talk to. Rather than buying a box of mysteries off of craigslist, I bought from someone that I trust. Hopefully there are Pinsiders in your area that can steer you on the right direction.
