Getting old sucks!

So, I have a bunch of .110 pins to crimp inside the backbox of my Xenon in the garage. My lighting in the garage leaves a bit to be desired, so what's everyone use for portable spot lighting (like clamp on) with or without magnification? Mind you, I'm basically working inside the head on the wiring harness so it needs to be A) portable and B) easily adjustable and clampable to pinball head/body or my head/body.

I've been using these in the field for years.

Great to check for cracks in traces and solder bridges.

I suffer from the same affliction.

I use one similar to the one below. I've not had any issues with it so far.

I don't know if this will provide enough light for you, but I often wear a headlamp such as this when working on my games ...

That's promising....How's the magnification? Blurry or fishbowl or pretty clear?

And I thought I was the only blind old fart that was into pins...

I like the headband with LED's...

I use something similar to this all the time as well.

This guy works well for me. It's cheap, too.

I use a headband multi magnifier but the led's attached to it suck. IMO All led's suck--incandescent in any form will always rule--or fluorescent

I use a photography spot. Adjustable pole for height and angle and very bright.

When I really need a lot of light, I use a halogen work light on a tripod. The only negative is that those suckers are HOT!

It works great from 1 to 15 inches from the part. Further away than that and the edges start to get a little soft.

I used to fix 95% of all games on the road, and I've found nothing better.

Since as I get older my arms get shorter for some reason, I use on of these when working on connectors or soldering and such as well as the clip-on lamp:
