I have had my Getaway for about 15 years. I have only seen the extra ball in video mode twice. The first time was when I first got the machine and put in rom revision L-5. I saw the extra ball once on my second or third game and never saw it again. The second time was about 6 months ago when, after reading about the "features", I decided to try rom revision L-2. Again, about the second or third game I saw the extra ball in video mode. Haven't seen it since. I've tried putting L-5 back in, L-3, re-burned L-2. I've removed the batteries (yes, they're remotely mounted), done a factory reset, nothing. Since I've noticed this anomaly, 6+ months ago, I've had my extra ball percentage set to 35% and have played over 200 games. Can anyone help or explain?
