If the light is lighting can I assume the motor is bad if it is not turning? I've had problems with it working intermittently. Or is the motor controlled by something else.

They share the same wires/connector, it makes sense if it was the board the other would not work?? I have adjusted the allen set screw to raise the reflector so it doesn't hit. In moving it with my hand it moves pretty freely.
