Hi. Still new to hobby. Electronics skills are ‘weak’...basically I remember only P=IV and V=IR from EE101 30 years ago! Looking for help.

On Getaway, have Top Lock and Right Bank Bottom switches out. They are in the same switch row. And are Always registering ‘open’. The switches themselves are fine (sure it’s the wrong way to test, but when I use my analog multimeter to measure resistance across the switch, there is continuity when I close the switch). I suspect that I’m not getting any current in the white-yellow wire to these switches.

When I look at the Ramp Down switch (also in same row) the wiring seems odd. Can anyone confirm if this is correct?7C3459E5-BEDE-4D0E-99A2-E740B876B85B (resized).jpeg7C3459E5-BEDE-4D0E-99A2-E740B876B85B (resized).jpeg

Do they register properly in the switch test menus? If they are in the same row that means they have the same color wiring,Look for a loose wire on one of those switches.Start with the first switch in that row and work your way across.

Thanks for replying pinmike. I think I solved it.

No they were not registering in the switch menus. Couldn’t find a loose wire, but the way that Down Ramp switch (which is in the same row) was wired just didn’t seem to make sense. The diode was wired differently than all other switches.

So I rewired it per photo below (please no comment on my soldering skill). Now all switches in the row seem to work fine in test mode!

Now I just gotta find that mounting screw that fell outta the switch!!!! Fat fingers seem a curse when working on pin!
