The launcher just quit working for no reason during a game. I ran a switch test and it works there, I did a factory reset and that didn't help. The one thing that I noticed is the ramp keeps trying to lift up over and over again while in an up position at power up and the machine is not giving me an error at boot up. Any ideas on what is going on and how to resolve this?
Also when I use the launcher to launch the ball it shifts gears and give a score of 39,000

Yes this is a setting in the audit menu that by default is not turned on.
What I did find, that in the solenoid test the plunger will not fire, so that tells me that I have a bad transistor. Wish that I thought of that earlier. I'm off to find which one that is.-

Pinmike was correct! The wire on the coil broke loose. Trim and re-soldered the wire and I'm back in business
