The right flipper switch is just stumping me. Previously, I was having a problem with the upper flipper not working 100% of the time. After trying to adjust the switch gap a few dozen times, I decided to put in a new double leaf switch. Since doing that, both the lower and upper will get flakey on me. Sometimes they work, sometimes they move up but fall back down when I hold the button and sometimes they don't move at all. I've resoldered it a few times without luck. If I remove the wires and touch them together I can't replicate the probelm, they seem fine. Once I connect them to the switch they act up. Some games will be fine, some games it acts up. Sometimes the machine is cold, others warm. I don't get it. I've replaced switches before without issues. I even removed the switch and sanded down the point of contact for the wires before soldering. Am I missing something obvious?
