Getaway F103 fuse blowing

When I turn the game on with all of the plugs pulled from the magnets that fuse doesn't blow. If I turn the game off and plug one of the magnets in it blows when it boots up. With a good fuse and all the magnets unplugged I'm getting 72 volts coming from each magnet plug with the game in attract mode. Optos work fine all new transistors (9) on the accelerator board. Is it time to replace U2 and U3?

Well I did remove U2 and U3. Installed sockets and plugged in new IC's. Metered each leg to make sure it was all soldered well. Still have 72 volts at each supercharger magnet plug? What are the chances I blew all transistors again? Going to check them all

Fixed! This is what happens when you have TIP 107's in a TIP 102 bag! It's a bitch getting old and blind!
