On my Getaway when a ball loads into the shooter lane all 5 come on. When the ball drains they go off. Then repeats for each ball. A transistor problem would cause them to be off or on constantly correct? Any ideas? Thanks!

18, 19, 21,23,24. Chris they remain lit from the shooter lane until the ball drains at which point they go out. Then it repeats. There are 89 bulbs associated with them on the playfield but they all work normally. Also the 906's flash slightly when the pops are hit. It's running a P7 ROM
Quoted from ChrisHibler:My first guess is that the connector for all of those flashers is not in the right place. It should be in J125. Please check and verify that first.

Chris pin 1 blank, 2 black/orange, 3 black/red, 4 and 5 blank, 6 blue/green, 7 blank, 8 blue/purple, 9 blue. I marked them all when I pulled them for the restoration so this is where it was to begin. Thanks Chris!
Quoted from ChrisHibler:The wire colors noted above differ from what is published in the manual, which was posted earlier by brewchap.

They are the same colors. Forgot the grey stripe on the last blue. Just look at the BB colors
Quoted from ChrisHibler:Oops. You are right.
If you remove that connector, and then try the same test, the lamps do not light, right?

Correct no flashlamps light on the insert.
Quoted from ChrisHibler:Those flashers are finding ground through that connector on the driver board somehow.
You are absolutely certain that the connector is plugged into J125, right?

Plugged into J125. Clean unmolested boards in the game. Don't know if this has anything to do with it but the mars light has issues. Works perfectly in test but never comes on during play. Wonder if this could be a software bug in the proto ROM?
Great call guys. Problem solved. Bought this game and when I pulled the boards for the restoration I marked all the connectors. Someone had it in the wrong location and I just marked it as I pulled it off. What's surprising is they are keyed the same. Now the mars light is working properly too. Thanks to all for your help!
