The IPDB requires the photographer's permission before they will post pictures of a game. In the case of unusual/rare games where the images are ephemeral — eBay auctions, Craigslist ads — you can send the link to the IPDB (http://www.ipdb.org/contact.html) and they will work to obtain the photographer's permission and then add the pictures to the game's entry.
