It was a flat-out no, and they also said they had no future plans to ship to the US in the future.
I was guessing they may have had problems with PPS, but I have no idea since they didn't say.

Be patient for what? Did they explain what the delay was caused by, or are they just sitting on their hands hoping it will go away?
Other countries can have different mailing address formats than what you may be used to seeing here in the US.
