If you can't isolate the tilt problem you can disable all tilt functions by extracting pin 12 on A1-J7 and see what happens

So far neither wire on J6 or J7 seem to be causing it. Could a voltage spike cause it? These flippers are popping strong and I seem to notice that the lower ones are depressed many times when this happens but again I am grasping at straws. Of course I am depressing the flippers often as we all do when playing but do notice that they are depressed when it Tilts. The diagnostics calls it a Slam.
The flippers , slings and pop bumpers are all non CPU controlled on these system one games
