I have a gottlieb sytem 1 Genie pinball that keeps blowing the 1/4 display fuse. If i have just the power connector A2J1 hooked up to the power supply the 1/4 amp display fuse will not blow. If i the leave A2J1 hooked up and also hookup A2J2 the 1/4 amp display fuse will not blow. If i leave those 2 hooked up and also hook up A2J3 the fuse blows instantly. I have read if you unhook A2J3 and the fuse blows it is the power supply. The thing is mine does not blow with A2J3 unhooked. The power supply board has the right voltages everywhere. If i turn game off and hook up A2J3 turn the game back on and the fuse blows. Any ideas what it might be?

I also unhooked all displays including small one. With A2J3 hooked up and all displays unhooked it still blows the 1/4 amp display fuse.

Got it figured out. Had a short to ground.

Just for future reference, where was the short?

It was actually the ground wire that was added to the power supply i think. I removed it and it quit blowing fuses.
